Inventory Pro is built with proven web technologies. You access it through a desktop interface, a mobile-optimized version for warehouse work, and a simple login from any device.

Your Login

Your account is protected with a username and password. We handle all the security behind the scenes so you can focus on running your business.

Where It Lives

Your Inventory Pro account runs on Microsoft Azure. Your data gets its own private database -- it's never mixed in with anyone else's. This keeps things secure and fast.

The Web Servers

These handle your logins and store files you upload. Everything is backed up regularly.

The Database Servers

This is where your inventory data lives. The servers are locked down and not accessible from the internet. Your data is backed up constantly, and we can restore it to any point in time if something goes wrong.

Security

• Encrypted connection -- Your browser connects to Inventory Pro over a secure, encrypted link (TLS 1.2+).
• Encrypted backups -- Your data is encrypted both while being saved and when stored.
• Protected access -- Only authorized staff can manage the system, and they can't do it from the public internet.
• Separate environments -- Our testing and production systems are kept apart for your safety.

Backup & Recovery

Your data is backed up in multiple ways so nothing is ever lost:

• Always current -- We can restore your data to any recent point in time.
• Daily copies -- Full backups saved every day for 30 days.
• Off-site storage -- Backups are also saved to a separate cloud provider with special protection against ransomware.

All backup data is encrypted. Backups are kept for up to 12 months.

How Fast Can We Recover?

Your Data, Your Business

Your inventory data belongs to you, period. You can export it anytime in Excel or CSV format through our built-in reports. If you ever decide to leave, your data goes with you -- no questions asked.

We never sell or share your data with anyone. It exists only to help you run your business inside Inventory Pro.
